Why Our Scaleable Team Model Works Better for Growing Businesses

Flexible Marketing Specialists

When you’re working with a marketing agency, you want to know you’re getting the right people for the job – not just whoever happens to be available that week. That’s exactly why we’ve built Bite Marketing the way we have. Instead of hiring a one-size-fits-all team, we work with specialists who bring exactly what each project needs. Meet Beth: Our Content Creator We’re thrilled to introduce Beth, who’s joined us as our content creator. After 9 years in teaching and welcoming her daughter into the world, Beth made the leap into the family business (yes, she’s Phil’s daughter and Sam’s sister!). Beth brings something that’s increasingly rare in the marketing world – she combines genuine understanding of how people actually use social media with specialist training in content marketing and design. That combination means she creates content that’s both strategically sound and engaging. She knows what makes people stop scrolling, what drives interaction, and what builds real connections with local businesses. Her background in teaching also gives her a unique perspective on creating content that educates and engages rather than just broadcasts messages. Why a Specialist-Led Approach Actually Works Marketing has become incredibly specialised. The person who’s brilliant at SEO strategy might not be the best choice for writing social media content. The expert in manufacturing sector marketing brings different insights than someone who specialises in hospitality. Bite Marketing is led by Sam and Phil, but we’re supported by a wider team of marketing specialists. We bring in the right people for each job – whether that’s specialists in particular marketing channels or experts with deep knowledge of specific industries. This means: You get genuine expertise – When we’re working on your social media strategy, you’re getting Beth’s specialist knowledge. When we’re developing your website, you’re getting Phil’s hands-on approach and technical expertise. When we’re building your overall marketing strategy, you’re getting Sam’s 10+ years of B2B experience. We can scale with your needs – If your business suddenly needs more content creation, we’ve got the capacity to deliver it. If you need specialist knowledge in a particular area, we can bring that in without you having to wait months or compromise on quality. You’re not paying for downtime – With a traditional in-house marketing team, you’re paying salaries whether there’s enough work to fill everyone’s time or not. With our model, you get the expertise when you need it, without carrying the overhead of a full-time team. You always get the best fit – Rather than making do with whoever’s available, you get the specialist who’s right for your specific challenge. Is This Approach Right for Your Business? This model works brilliantly for ambitious businesses that want: Strategic guidance from experienced marketing directors Specialist expertise without the cost of multiple full-time hires Flexibility to scale their marketing up or down as needed A personal relationship with people who genuinely care about their success It’s particularly effective for owner-managed businesses with turnover of £1 million or more who are ready to take their marketing seriously but don’t want the complexity of managing multiple agencies or the cost of building an entire in-house team. Getting Started If you’re curious about how this approach might work for your business, let’s have a chat. We’ll talk about where you’re trying to get to, what’s standing in your way, and whether we’re the right fit to help you get there. No hard sell, no jargon – just a straightforward conversation about your business and how we might be able to help. Get in touch with us today.

New Client Wins: Exciting Partnerships Across Different Industries

Large scale materials in a manufacturing warehouse

We’ve had a brilliant few months at Bite Marketing, welcoming some fantastic new clients. It’s always exciting to start working with ambitious businesses who are ready to take their marketing to the next level, and these latest partnerships are particularly varied. Here’s what we’ve been up to… Camfil UK: Supporting Global Leaders in Clean Air Solutions We’re proud to announce that we’re now working with Camfil, the global leader in clean air solutions, to support their UK marketing efforts. Camfil’s expertise in air filtration and clean air technology is world-class, and we’re excited to help them increase their digital presence here in the UK. Working closely with their team, we’ll be supporting them with strategic marketing that showcases their innovative solutions and connects them with the right audience. It’s always rewarding to work with businesses who are genuinely making a difference, and Camfil’s commitment to cleaner air and healthier environments is exactly that. We’re looking forward to being part of their UK growth story. The Hamlet Geneva: Launching a New Website for Luxury Accommodation We’re excited to be working with The Hamlet, a luxury accommodation provider in the heart of Geneva. As they gear up for their next phase of growth, we’ll be supporting them with a brand new website that truly reflects the quality and uniqueness of what they offer. The goal is simple: help them reach the right audience and showcase what makes their accommodation so special in one of Europe’s most sophisticated cities. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates as this project develops! Technica: Building a Brand That Reflects Their Ambition We’re also looking forward to working with Technica, an independent engineering consultancy specialising in major projects for UK gas networks, on comprehensive brand development that positions them properly in their market. Great branding isn’t just about looking good – it’s about creating clarity around who you are, what you do, and why it matters. That’s exactly what we’re helping Technica achieve. From strategic positioning to visual identity, we’re working together to build a brand that reflects their expertise and ambition. We’re excited to get stuck into what makes their business tick and translate that into something that resonates with their ideal clients. What connects all these projects? These three clients might be in completely different industries – from international manufacturing to luxury hospitality to engineering – but they all share something important: they’re ambitious businesses who understand that strategic marketing is essential for growth. That’s exactly the type of business we love working with at Bite Marketing. Want to chat about how we could support your business? Get in touch – we’d love to hear what you’re working on.

Local Young People: Lancashire Youth Challenge’s Caledonian Triathlon

Supporting Lancashire Youth Challenge

We were proud to sponsor the Lancashire Youth Challenge’s Caledonian Triathlon. In August 2025, ten young people from our local area took on an eight-day adventure across the Scottish Highlands. We’re talking 65 miles of cycling, 100 kilometres of canoeing through Loch Ness, and a hike up Ben Nevis (the UK’s highest peak, in case you needed reminding). Building confidence and resilience This wasn’t just about ticking off an impressive physical challenge – though it certainly was that. It was about giving young people from Lancashire and Morecambe the chance to push themselves beyond what they thought possible. Lancashire Youth Challenge, working with Stanleys Community Centre in Morecambe, has been creating these transformative experiences for young people for a decade now. The Caledonian Triathlon marked their 10th anniversary, and it’s a brilliant example of what they do best: helping young people build confidence, resilience, and self-belief through outdoor challenges. Months of hard work You can’t just turn up to something like this unprepared. These young people trained hard: Weekly core fitness and team-building sessions at BayFit Three days of cycle training with Go Velo Canoeing and ghyll scrambling in Coniston with BigAdventure That level of commitment and dedication was impressive in itself! Supporting our community At Bite Marketing, we’ve always believed in supporting what makes our local area brilliant. We’re based in Lancashire, we work with businesses here, and we care about the communities we’re part of. When we heard about what Lancashire Youth Challenge was doing – giving local young people opportunities they might never have otherwise – we knew we wanted to help out. Lancashire Youth Challenge is a dynamic charity that runs year-round programmes in personal development, creative arts, community projects, and cultural education. Their work genuinely changes lives, building confidence and resilience in young people who need it most. We were proud to play a small part in making this expedition happen. Want to learn more about Lancashire Youth Challenge? Visit their website or check out the documentary from their 2022 Morecambe Bay Youth Triathlon to see the impact these challenges have on young people. Heysham Viking Festival: Nearly a Decade of Community Partnership

Supporting Heysham Viking Festival

For us at Bite Marketing, Heysham Viking Festival has become one of those annual highlights that reminds us why we love being part of this Lancashire community – watching families descend on Heysham to step back in time and experience authentic Viking life. A Partnership Built on Community Spirit We’ve been proud supporters of Heysham Viking Festival since it launched back in 2016. What started as an ambitious idea to celebrate our area’s rich Viking heritage has grown into a massive community event that brings up to 10,000 visitors to this beautiful village each year. We’ve worked alongside the festival organisers on their marketing and web presence, helping spread the word about this brilliant free event that brings Viking history to life. The Story Behind the Festival Heysham Viking Festival is organised by a small team of volunteers who mostly run their own businesses full-time. They donate hundreds of hours of their own free time to planning and executing this event, fitting festival organisation around their day jobs and family commitments. The festival currently requires over £12,000 annually just to stage, and every penny raised goes directly toward making it the incredible experience it’s become. Many of the organisers even dip into their own pockets as sponsors. It’s a proper labour of love, and that’s why we’re so passionate about supporting it. Why Local Matters to Us We believe that strong businesses and strong communities go hand in hand. Supporting events like Heysham Viking Festival isn’t just about giving back – it’s about being part of what makes our local area special. Just like with the Lancashire Youth Challenge, which we’ve also proudly supported, we see these partnerships as investments in our community. When local events thrive, our area thrives. When families have access to brilliant, free experiences, everyone benefits. Looking Ahead: The 10th Anniversary 2026 marks a milestone – the festival’s 10th anniversary. The organisers are already planning to make it the biggest and best celebration yet, and they’re looking for sponsors to help make that vision a reality. If you’re a Lancashire business looking to support something worthwhile, this is your chance to be part of a decade-long success story. More Than Marketing At Bite Marketing, we talk a lot about authentic partnerships and working with businesses we genuinely care about. Our relationship with Heysham Viking Festival embodies that philosophy. We believe in what the festival represents: passionate people working together to create something brilliant for their community, preserving local heritage, and giving families unforgettable experiences. That’s the Lancashire we want to be part of. Get Involved Whether you’re attending as a visitor, considering becoming a sponsor, or just want to spread the word, Heysham Viking Festival needs the community’s support to keep bringing the Viking age to life. And if you’re a local business looking for a marketing partner who cares about this area and its people, you know where to find us.
